Dynasty Training head coaches go through a partner workout using the assault airbike during circuit with strength training and HIIT exercises.

Warm up, then perform:

  • 40 second sprint on the AssaulBike
  • 10 deadlifts
  • 10 burpee jumps w/ 10 ball throws

Repeat the circuit 5 times!
